Approved Group International is seeking inquisitive Forensic Investigators. This role for those who are passionate in uncovering the "why" behind fires, machinery failures, and complex failure incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigation: Determine the origin and root cause of fires and failures in properties, equipment, and vehicles.
• Site Management: Document scenes using photography/videography and conduct witness interviews.
• Evidence Handling: Collect and process evidence and conduct further research to support findings.
• Reporting: Collect and process evidence and conduct research to validate the findings.
• Damage Assessment: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the origin and cause of loss and recommending corrective actions.

Job Attributes & Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to conduct forensic investigations. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English, specifically for technical report writing and presentations.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.
• Personal Ethics: High level of honesty, integrity, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Physical Capability: Willingness to self-drive to sites and work in challenging environmental conditions, including heat and uneven terrain.
• Flexibility: Prepared to work weekends, public holidays, or after office hours for local or overseas site visits.
