- Perform daily warehouse activities in a safe, efficient, and cost-conscious manner, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while maintaining integrity and good governance.
- Assist warehouse personnel in item identification, visual inspection, and quantity verification of materials.
- Support receiving activities including inspection, tagging (such as customs registration numbers for tax-exempt items), packing, and segregation of materials for proper storage and binning.
- Take part in stocktaking and inventory counting exercises as required.
- Adhere to the on-call duty schedule outside normal working hours to ensure continuous operational support and timely material readiness.
- Assist in material handling, care, and preservation to maintain quality and usability.
- Contribute to warehouse and yard housekeeping, including routine cleaning, HSE walkabouts, and participation in safety sharing initiatives to promote awareness and prevent incidents.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of working experience in warehouse or general operations (or other relevant operational roles).
- Fresh graduates and school leavers with strong interest in warehouse operations are welcome to apply.
- Possession of relevant certifications or permits for operating material handling equipment (e.g. forklift, side stacker) will be an added advantage.
