Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop social media strategies that align with their monthly goals
Create monthly content plans that align with the client's brand and tone of voice, and manage the timely delivery of all social media assets
Communicate effectively with clients to manage their expectations and provide regular updates on campaign performance
Act as a liaison between the creative team and the client to ensure that all creative output is aligned with the client brief and meets their expectations
Monitor social media trends and provide insights to the client to improve campaign performance
Work with the project management team to ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
A proactive mindset - someone who takes initiative and problem-solves independently.
Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments with multiple moving parts.
Bonus: basic understanding of influencer marketing or paid social media campaigns.
