岗位职责

Responsible for issuing, reviewing, and updating production standards, including:
- Process Standards
- Compound Standards and Mixing Cards
- Product Standards by item
- Packing Standards
Conduct investigations and evaluations of production capabilities to ensure standards are accurate, practical, and aligned with manufacturing requirements.
Develop and update manufacturing standards in accordance with New Product Development Technical (NPDT) activities and customer or sales requirements.
Determine and establish production process parameters and machine settings to ensure stable and efficient production performance.
Monitor and improve production yield while driving continuous reduction of product defects and process losses.
Collaborate closely with other departments to support manufacturing objectives and customer expectations.
Ensure all processes comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
Working experience in manufacturing environment; experience in rubber glove industry is an added advantage.
Prefer hands and proactive person with continuos improvement mindset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
