JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate the import and export of goods for inside and outside Malaysia
- Prepare and review shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations and etc.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation of goods.
- Liaise with agents to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and logistics providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, production, quality and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of goods for shipment.
- To perform any other ad-hoc task as and when required by HOD
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
