About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team in Kepala Batas, Penang. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging recruitment content for various factories to attract and recruit workers across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Create attractive recruitment content for factory worker hiring campaigns.
• Develop content for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Design posters, short videos, and promotional materials for job vacancies.
• Write clear and engaging job advertisements.
• Visit factories when required to capture photos and videos for recruitment purposes.
• Manage and update recruitment-related content regularly.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Ability to create videos, graphics, and written content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Own transport is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong content creation skills are encouraged to apply.
