Diploma and equivalent above
3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably with some technical background
Familiar with store operations, capable of managing store personnel, sensitive to numbers, and strong cost awareness. Has a forklift license.
Hardworking, good coordinating skills
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Supervising and managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory counting, issuing, packaging, shipping, and bookkeeping.
Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock takes, and ensuring proper storage of goods
Address abnormal issues, analyze the causes of abnormalities, and implement relevant improvement measures.
Coordinate the work between various functional departments.
Supervise and assist the finance department in completing the monthly and year-end inventory audit
Continue to seek improvement on the warehouse-related processes, systems, and forms, eliminate waste and non-value-added steps in the warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Provide regular training to warehouse personnel according to the operational requirements, ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
Complete any other tasks assigned by the management.
