Job Description:

-To perform site supervision, co-ordination, checking and monitoring to the construction activities carried out by different trade contractors at site, particularly civil and structural works.

-To resolve ad-hoc problem at site, provide standard and common solution to site activities to ensure no interruption to the schedule progress.

-To ensure construction is being carried out in strict accordance to consultant’s drawings and manufacturer specifications, achieve quality standard as set out in project PQP.

-Be the center of communication and clarification pertaining to all technical issues, construction drawings, engineer instructions, method statement and testing procedures, request of changes, etc.      

-Ensure contractor’s works are fully in accordance to engineer’s drawings and supplier specifications.

-Attending all schedule project and site meetings, including ad-hoc meetings from time to time and resolve instant site problems and provide clarification to engineer’s drawings.    

-Keep record of site activities, all test results and other site documentation for further reference.

-Disseminate engineer’s instruction to the site and make sure instruction is carried out accordingly.

-Identify cause of site problems and to discuss with consultant to formulate practical solution for implementation on site.    

-Carry out any other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirement(s):

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking consultants & contractors.

• Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in Civil & Structural and Architectural works is required for this position. Involved in high rise projects will be added advantage.
