Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles (gig and white-collar) across Klang Valley. 

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified Malaysian candidates using various recruitment channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn, local professional networks, internal databases). 

• Match candidates with client requirements, ensuring a good fit in terms of skills, experience, and culture specific to the Malaysian workforce. 

• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback, and assisting with offer negotiations. 

• Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their job search within Malaysia. 

• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM. 

  Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Familiar with recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.

• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
