Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule production activities based on sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Liaise closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Prepare, monitor, and update daily and weekly production schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Track production progress, identify potential delays or material shortages, and take proactive corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production output, raw materials consumption, and work-in-progress (WIP).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning efficiency and overall operational performance.
- Prepare production-related reports and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing, production planning, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with planning tools or ERP systems.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
