Job description

• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers.
• Handle import doc such as customs form k1, invoices, shipping documents.
• Coordinate with customs and freight forwards for smooth shipment clearance.
• Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers.
• Track and monitor incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve issue related to delays or incorrect documentation.
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
• Maintain a systematic document filing.
• Perform general office duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
