Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations, including document filing, administrative tasks, housekeeping, and general office maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company documents and filing systems.
- Perform scanning, photocopying, data entry, and general administrative duties.
- Keep the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas clean and tidy.
- Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies.
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general office errands.
- Assist with office coordination and other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Positive attitude and willing to perform both administrative and housekeeping
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
