Prepare, process, and maintain operational documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), packing lists, invoices, and other related records.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
Assist the Export Team with daily administrative and operational tasks, including printing product labels, carton stickers, shipping marks, and export documents.
Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and assist in stock-taking and inventory reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders and shipments.
Verify product quantities, packaging, and documentation to ensure accuracy before shipment.
Prepare and update operational reports, spreadsheets, and records as required by management.
Follow up on operational matters, shipment schedules, and documentation requirements.
Handle general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document distribution.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate operational records.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
