岗位职责
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects related to our products, including site visits, technical assessments, and installation support.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
Purchasing & Logistics:
Work closely with the Logistic Team to ensure timely delivery to job sites.
Works closely with Purchasing Team to Track and manage inventory and procurement to avoid project delays.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison:Act as a point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Attend coordination meetings and ensure client requirements are met.
Site Supervision & Support:Conduct site inspections and monitor installation activities. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular progress reports to Assistant Project Manager. Highlight risks, delays, or issues requiring management attention.
Problem Solving: Address technical challenges on-site or in design and propose practical, timely solutions.
Cost Control
Keep project documentation organized and accessible.
Help identify areas where we can save time and money without sacrificing quality.
Help monitor expenses, and control costs across multiple projects.
