REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Data Analytics or a related field. 
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, website analytics, paid media, CRM or campaign performance reporting. 
  • Strong interest in reporting, marketing analytics and performance measurement. 
  • Good attention to detail, especially in checking figures, formatting reports and ensuring data consistency. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage. 
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads or other digital marketing tools will be an added advantage. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarise data into clear and simple insights. 
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment. 
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and comfortable working with numbers, reports and digital campaign data.

Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in preparing regular digital marketing performance reports across key channels, including website, social media, paid media, CRM and campaign platforms. 
  • Support data collection, consolidation and checking from various digital marketing sources to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. 
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions, traffic and other relevant KPIs. 
  • Help prepare visually clear reports, dashboards and presentation slides for internal teams and client-facing discussions. 
  • Support the team in identifying key trends, performance highlights, issues and actionable insights from campaign data. 
  • Work closely with digital, social, media and data team members to ensure reporting requirements are captured and delivered on time. 
  • Assist in maintaining reporting trackers, campaign performance summaries and documentation for ongoing projects. 
  • Support improvement of reporting templates and processes to make reporting more efficient, accurate and easy to understand.
