RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that outlines the sequence of activities, milestones, and critical paths required for the successful completion of the rail project.
· Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements for each activity in the project schedule, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
· Monitor the progress of activities and update the project schedule accordingly, using project management software or scheduling software as required.
· Conduct schedule analysis to identify potential delays, critical path activities, and areas where the project schedule can be optimised.
· Assess the impact of proposed changes, variations, or scope adjustments on the project schedule.
· Generate regular reports on schedule performance, including progress reports, critical path analysis, and earned value analysis.
· Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· At least 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
· Experience in using project management software or scheduling software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Advantage if familiar with Primavera software and Microsoft Project.
· To be based at Subang Jaya (HQ) and able to travel to project sites when needed
