Job Summary

• Solution to Quality Monitoring board, document retention record, document approval (paper-based process) with electronic records and software application;
• Genba investigation at in process and part to identify root cause, block and take countermeasure;
• Produce investigation report and present to management finding;
• Identify and verify part regulation mark through Control Plan list and Audit activity;
• Leverage technology and Digitalization for the inspection process control and documentation

Operational

• Preparation of quality inspection document and other quality SOPs;
• Handling operational issues/defects with relevant parties;
• Carry out Quality Control activities and improvement of inspection processes;
• Investigate recurring defect through problem solving activities;
• Process and product audit activities and PDCA;
• Digitalize reporting, inspection record and rules

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with CGPA 3.5
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Soft skill and knowledge of Pyhton, Power Apps, Power Query
• Working experience in manufacturing quality, establishing AI/Digitalization
