The Blueprint (Requirements)

• Tech-Savvy & Organized (Suggested): Familiarity with standard workflow tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar).

The Role

You will be stepping directly into our core project team, working hands-on alongside our Project Manager and General Management. This is not a "stand by the printer" internship. You will get real, boots-on-the-ground project management experience, taking ownership of tasks from Day 1 and helping bring our campus roadshows and creator campaigns to life. 

The Day-to-Day

• Keep the Engine Running: Assist the project management team in planning, tracking, and executing live events, including the ACS Edu Tour.
• Cross-Functional Hustle: Embrace the "anything and everything" mindset by collaborating across our core departments. Whether you are supporting Project Management on live events, assisting Talent Management, or brainstorming with the Content Team, you will get a complete, hands-on view of how a modern media engine operates. 
• Detail Tracking: Maintain project timelines, update trackers, and ensure all team members have the information they need to execute flawlessly.
• On-the-Fly Problem Solving: Support general management with ad-hoc operational tasks, putting out fires and finding quick solutions in a fast-paced environment.
