Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in fresh fruits, food distribution, wholesale, retail, or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to open new customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

 We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the fresh fruits and FMCG market.

Candidates with experience in the fresh fruits, food distribution, wholesale, retail, supermarket, or FMCG industry will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and customer accounts.
• Expand sales coverage within supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, food service, and other potential channels.
• Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent after-sales service.
