Fuji DNDT Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support the procurement and administrative functions of the Company. This internship offers practical exposure to purchasing processes, supplier management, inventory coordination, and cost control activities within a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related procurement documents.
- Follow up with suppliers on quotations, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in comparing quotations and preparing cost comparison analyses.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock requirements.
- Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for payment processing.
- Support supplier evaluation and vendor registration activities.
- Perform data entry, report preparation, and other administrative duties.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management.
