Responsibility
- Implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management Systems i.e. GMP, HACCP
- Conduct incoming and outgoing product inspection
- Monitor pest control management, maintain optimum hygiene and cleanliness of the production and operation area
- Establish cleaning and sanitation method for machine and equipment
- Establish and update process flow chart, procedures, work instructions and product specification
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer complaint, non-conformity in process and product
- Verify effectiveness of traceability system
- Conduct Food Safety related training
- Handle customer audit and third-party audit
- Provide Halal cert and prepare CoA for customers
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in food science, food technology or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in food manufacturing or QA/QC role.
- Fresh graduate with 6 month internship encourage to apply.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and FSSC 22000 is an added advantage.
- Good documentation, communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a production environment.
- Conduct food safety and hygiene training for production staff.
- Support internal and external food safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and company food safety standards.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
