What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Provide knowledgeable and confident guidance to customers on pharmaceutical, health, and beauty products.
- Assist pharmacists with medication dispensing and other related operational tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries and help them choose products that best suit their needs.
- Deliver friendly service while building strong customer relationships and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain attractive product displays that follow merchandising and inventory guidelines.
- Track stock levels, manage inventory, and check expiry dates to ensure product quality.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and recommend alternative items when products are unavailable.
- Stay informed about current promotions, new product launches, and store layout changes.
- Support receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and performing stock counts.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Process cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in live streaming sessions and create engaging social media content.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned to support the smooth operation of the store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
