Undertake general administrative duties including distribution of minutes, reports and other documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering office supplies.
Prepare relevant reports, statistical and analytical reports on admin-related activities
Undertake and assist in recording and processing invoices, receipts as well as payments as required.
Assisting in handling company staff’s accommodation tenancy agreement upon renewal period.
Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.
Human Resources (HR)
Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, arranging interviews, follow-up with candidates.
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding materials, and conduct new hire orientation.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support monthly payroll processing by preparing attendance summaries and allowance/OT data.
Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
