Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock requests from all branches, prioritizing based on urgency and stock availability.
- Manage warehouse organization by ensuring inventory is kept tidy, organized, and easily accessible.
- Perform daily stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Receive incoming stock and verify quantities and condition against the system records.
- Arrange Lalamove deliveries and ensure all stock transfers are completed on the same day.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Support end-to-end supply chain operations, including inbound receiving and outbound dispatch.
- Collaborate with branch teams and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
