Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with industry’s best practices and company policies.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS scripting.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality code and an interest in adopting and learning the most recent technologies.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications, configurations, and solutions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
