What You’ll Be Doing

Backend Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient server-side logic

API & System Integration

• Build and manage RESTful APIs for seamless frontend integration
• Integrate third-party services and internal systems

Database & Data Handling

• Design and optimize MongoDB (NoSQL) schemas
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability

Security & Reliability

• Implement secure authentication & authorization (JWT, role-based access)
• Apply backend security best practices

Performance & Scalability

• Optimize application performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Build systems that scale with growing users and traffic

Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend developers, game developers, and product teams
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Responsibilities

• Tech Stack
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript / JavaScript
• Database: MongoDB (NoSQL)
• Tools: Git, Postman, REST APIs
• (Nice to have: Redis, WebSocket, Docker, AWS/GCP)

What We’re Looking For Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in backend development (or strong fresh graduates)
• Strong knowledge of Node.js & RESTful API design
• Experience working with databases (MongoDB / NoSQL preferred)
• Understanding of backend architecture & system design basics
• Familiarity with Git version control

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, fintech, or high-traffic applications
• Knowledge of WebSockets / real-time systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Basic frontend understanding (React, etc.)
