Quality Inspections: Perform and oversee regular checks on incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure specifications are met.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
Defect Management: Identify any non-conforming products, investigate the root cause, and implement immediate corrective actions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records such as Certificates of Analysis (COA), inspection reports, and non-conformance logs.
Team Coordination: Liaise with production operators, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Testing: Perform physical, chemical, or sensory testing on products before they are released for packaging and distribution
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on working experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or food and beverage (F&B) manufacturing sector.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Food Safety Management Systems, Halal compliance, and auditing processes.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
