Perform onsite installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT hardware, networking equipment, self-service terminals, kiosks, banking devices, and related technology solutions.
Conduct site surveys and assessments prior to installation activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and deployment.
Perform hardware replacement, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities.
Test installed systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with customer requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate installation records, service reports, and documentation.
Provide basic user training and operational guidance to customers when required.
Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company quality standards.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or support teams for resolution.
Support system upgrades, relocation projects, and technology refresh activities.
Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and accounted for.
Requirements
Diploma, Certificate, or Technical Qualification in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field service, equipment installation, technical support, or a similar role.
Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and peripheral devices.
Ability to read technical drawings, installation guides, and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
