Responsibilities:

• Responsible for productions - in-process inspection, quality, efficiency, losses & products despatch
• Responsible for the mill maintenance - Planning, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance
• Supervising and controlling workers daily activities in the mill ensure according to procedure and requirements
• Investigate any non-conforming related to process, maintenance, despatch, grading etc and provide recommendation for improvement
• Responsible for assisting Senior Mill Manager/Mill Manager in human development, performing the duties and responsibilities related to mill daily operations

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, hand-on experience/training in the oil mill maintenance system
• Candidate with relevant 1-2 years' experience in Palm Oil mill Industry are encouraged to apply
• Possess analytical and troubleshooting skill in mill processing and carrying out mill maintenance
• Possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
