Responsibilities:

• Provide administration services & supports to customers.
• Handle day-to-day customers’ enquiries.
• Support internal team in any customer enquiries, arranging shipment and coordinate activities with warehouse.
• Prepare and mailing invoicing.
• Perform order entry and update into system.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• Good communication skills in Mandarin (to deal with mandarin speaking client)
• High energy and positive mindset
• Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
• Has a strong time management skill
• Minimum internship period at least 8 weeks or above.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
