Perform installation, commissioning, upgrading, maintenance, and repair of company equipment and systems at customer sites.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment breakdowns, including preparing test equipment, identifying root causes, and coordinating spare parts replacement.
Provide timely technical support, customer training, product demonstrations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, warranty claims, and liaise with principals or manufacturers for technical consultation when required.
Support equipment installation projects, maintain company tools and test equipment, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Engineering, Telecommunication,, Physics, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Exposure to electrical and electronics or photonics equipment will be an added advantage.
Possession of own transportation (car) and willingness to travel outstation.
