The Vision

We are shifting the paradigm of software development. We aren't looking for a traditional "hand-coder" who spends hours debugging syntax. We are looking for an Architect of Intent.

In this role, you will leverage "Vibe Coding" and Spec-driven AI agents to build robust, scalable applications. Your primary tool isn't a keyboard for typing lines of code; it’s your ability to define logic, prompt effectively, and orchestrate AI to generate high-quality outputs across multiple tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Development: Utilize AI coding agents (such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Spec-based tools) to generate, refactor, and deploy fullstack applications.
• System Orchestration: Design and oversee architectures across Node.js, C#, Java, and React.js, ensuring the AI-generated code meets enterprise standards.
• Cloud & Integration: Build and manage workflows using Azure Logic Apps and the Power Platform, deploying them across Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud.
• DevOps Mastery: Own the lifecycle of the code through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Quality Governance: Review AI-generated outputs for security, performance, and scalability—shifting your focus from "how to write" to "how to validate."

Technical Requirements

We value polyglot mindsets. You should be comfortable navigating:

• Frontend: React.js.
• Backend: Node.js, C#, and/or Java.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Low-Code/Serverless: Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Tools: GitHub, Jenkins, and modern CI/CD methodologies.
