MYEZY Group is looking for a motivated and creative
Lead Generation & Brand Growth Executive to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for generating leads, growing brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth for:

Windscreen & Automotive Glass Solutions
Insurance, Roadtax & Related Services

We are looking for someone who enjoys marketing, content creation, social media, and achieving measurable results.

ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

• Generate quality leads through digital platforms
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Monitor lead performance and conversion rates
• Work closely with sales and operations teams

Social Media & Content

• Manage Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Plan and schedule content
• Create basic graphics and marketing materials
• Assist in video content creation and content coordination

Brand Growth

• Increase online visibility and engagement
• Maintain company branding consistency
• Support customer engagement initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Database & Customer Engagement

• Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Assist in customer database growth and management
• Support customer retention activities

Requirements Education

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia or related field

• CapCut
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Social Media Management
• Copywriting
• Basic Graphic Design
• Content Planning

Added Advantage

• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience managing Facebook or TikTok pages
• Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads
• Experience in Insurance or Automotive Industry
