Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (nearby LRT Asia Jaya)
Working Days: 5 days/week, 2 days off (rotational)
Salary: RM 2,100 + RM 200 (attendance allowance) + OT
Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
We are seeking a service-minded professional to orchestrate a smooth, friendly checkout experience for our customers. In this role, you will do more than just process transactions—you will guide customers through their purchases, handle returns with ease, and act as a helpful brand ambassador for everyone who walks through our doors.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum SPM qualification.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience as a cashier is a strong advantage.
- Location & Availability: Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya and able to start immediately.
- Languages: Proficiency in standard Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
- Eligibility: Malaysian citizen aged between 19 and 35 years old.
- Contract Terms: Initial 12-month contract, with opportunities for renewal or permanent conversion based on performance.
Preferred someone with own transportation
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a positive, fair, and friendly shopping experience for all customers.
- Transaction Management: Efficiently operate the cash register to scan items, itemize purchases, apply coupons/discounts, and calculate totals.
- Payment Handling: Securely accept various payment methods (cash, card, e-wallet, etc.), provide accurate change, and issue receipts.
- Issue Resolution: Cheerfully answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or return transactions.
- General Care: Help bag purchases and gift-wrap packages as requested, while keeping an accurate track of daily cash and credit logs.
