Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Prepare staff schedules and assign duties effectively
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve excellent performance
- Foster a positive, professional, and teamwork-oriented work environment
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high service standards
- Address guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable dining experience
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Monitor proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness practices throughout the restaurant
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering
- Minimize wastage through effective inventory management
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure operational efficiency
Marketing & Business Growth
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketing activities
- Support social media engagement and brand awareness initiatives
Financial & Cost Control
- Assist with budgeting, cost management, and operational planning
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business objectives
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience as a cabin crew member, flight attendant, hotel operations staff, or customer service professional will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
