As the Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, management, and maintenance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting and screening resumes to conducting interviews, and assessments, and making job offers.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key skills and qualifications required for each position
- Develop and maintain job postings on online job boards, and social media.
- Promote the hotel’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and providing necessary training materials.
- Ensure that all legal and compliance-related paperwork is completed for each new hire.
- Work with HR to promote employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the hiring process and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, applications, and hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and hotel policies during the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, universities, recruitment agencies, and other external sources of talent.
- Attend job fairs, industry events, and local networking opportunities to identify potential candidates.
- Assist to organize team member activities and communication meetings.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
