About Us:

Olexo Group is a growing company specializing in international trade and export of Palm Oil products.

We are seeking a versatile, independent, and detail-oriented Account Executive to take full ownership of our accounting and financial operations. As the sole accountant in the company, you will play a crucial role in managing our daily finances and supporting our global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Set of Accounts: Handle the complete cycle of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Export & Forex Management: Manage multi-currency transactions, track foreign exchange (Forex) gains/losses, and handle export-related financial documentation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly and year-end financial statements and management reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory requirements (SST, Corporate Tax, and LHDN compliance).
  • Payroll & Admin: Handle monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB submissions, alongside basic administrative financial tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience handling a Full Set of Accounts.
  • Industry Background: Direct experience in Trading, Logistics, or Export industries is highly preferred (handling foreign currencies is a must).
  • Skills: Proficiency in cloud accounting software (Autocount, CRM) and intermediate to advanced MS Excel.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, highly organized, and trustworthy.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
