Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development team with onboarding suppliers and resellers, including handling documentation, contracts, and system configuration.
- Prepare partner reports, communicate product updates, and support the monitoring and resolution of partner-related issues.
- Develop an understanding of SEAGM’s products, target markets, and partnership models.
- Learn from experienced Business Development professionals and progressively manage partner accounts independently.
Requirements
- Available for an internship of at least 3 months (6 months preferred).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of account management and customer service principles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
