Key Responsibilities:

Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage and grow our customer base. This role involves servicing existing clients, introducing new products, and driving sales growth within the assigned market.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Servicing & Relationship Management

• Service and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Build strong rapport and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions

Sales & Product Promotion

• Introduce existing and new products to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets

Business Development

• Proactively identify new business opportunities
• Expand customer base within the wholesale market
• Maintain regular visits and communication with clients

Problem Solving & Support

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Requirements

• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Experience in wholesale market (preferably related industry)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Sociable with strong interpersonal skills
• Good character and positive working attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Willing to travel for client servicing
