岗位职责

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inbound & Outbound monthly filing.

2. Verify the orders before process. Perform order processing according to cut off time and handling of all urgent.

3. Generate pick list for (Non-Bonded & Bonded orders).

4. Preparing DO & Gate pass for order related.

5. Trucking & Container arrangement for Non-Bonded & Bonded orders with Internal forwarding department.

6. Update Schedule Report provided by customer and communicate with customer for date of delivery.

7. Provide special delivery instruction or other requirement related order from customer to operations.

8. KPI Collection Local D+2 & Outstation D+5 goods must arrival YCH warehouse.

9. POD - update POD report by daily basic.

10. Collect original POD from Transporter according KPI lead time local (D+2) & Outstation (D+5)

11. Continuously return original POD copy to customer.

12. Contact window for order related matters on order amendment and reversal.

13. Perform checking after order cut off time to ensure no order is missed processing.

14. Cross Function (Back UP) on DE & Distribution management where there needed.

15. Establish good servicing arrangement with vendors and suppliers and monitor their performance.

16. To ensure all the orders achieve our KPI target.

17. Maintain and enhance customer service in operations and service with customer.

18. To undertake any special assignments by YCH management.

19. To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.

20. To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedures and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.

21. Perform bonded stock declaration for orders to transfer to B2B Non-Bonded.

22. Perform all B2C orders make sure all orders are completely daily basis.

23. Arrange Onloan stocks as per customer requested.

24. Perform STO picking which is internal stock picking list for B2B orders needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Education Level: Degree.

· Skill: Able to speak, read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English.

· Computer literate.
