We are looking for an Account Manager to join a growing technology solutions company. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner that clients rely on long after the initial sale is completed.

You'll work closely with existing clients, helping them get the most value from the solutions they use while identifying opportunities to further support their business growth. From coordinating with technical teams to ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong partnerships and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, software sales, or client relationship management
• Experience in software, SaaS, technology solutions, or related industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with cloud solutions, AI technologies, or digital platforms is an added advantage
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders
