About the team:

The Enterprise Information Security team is dedicated to safeguarding corporate infrastructure, ensuring that our workforce can operate securely and efficiently. We focus on creating a robust defense-in-depth secure environment, ranging from endpoint security, internet security to corporate generate AI security. Our goal is to maintain a seamless, "security-first" culture that scales with hyper-growth.

The Core Objectives:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead the end-to-end management of enterprise security service requests, including exceptions, whitelisting, and policy tuning, ensuring timely resolution and strict adherence to security standards.
• Strengthen Technical Defenses: Support the hardening of Endpoint Security (Vulnerability Management across diverse OS environments), Internet Security, Corporate Data Loss Prevention, and Enterprise Application Security (e.g. Email Security, Shadow IT governance)
• Innovate through Automation: Develop & implement automated workflows, MCPs, and custom scripts to automate or "agentify" security tasks, reducing manual overhead and improving response times.

Essential Experience / Criteria:

• 4-5 years of professional experience in an Enterprise Information Security role with a proven track record of managing operational security services.
• Hands-on expertise with industry-standard security tools, specifically Crowdstrike (Falcon, Spotlight), ZScaler (ZIA/ZPA), and Email Security gateways.
• Proficiency in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms, including JAMF (macOS) and VMware Workspace ONE (Windows/Mobile).

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

• Demonstrable scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or Apps Script) and GenAI (e.g. MCPs) to optimize security operations

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
