We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager / Assistant Manager to join our client's team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on day-to day HR operations efficiency, employee engagement, implementing effective HR policies, and supporting organizational growth.
Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: HR Manager / Assistant Manager
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement HR strategies that is aligned to HQ and business goals.
HR Business partnering with key stakeholders and department heads.
Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent for the plant.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives
Oversee performance management systems and training programs
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Experience with union management will be an added advantage.
Ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver effective HR Services within the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and in a fast-paced business environment.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
