Responsible for coordinating and managing Security Penetration Testing activities within the organization. Ensures execution of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing processes (VIAM, VPM) and supports audit, risk, and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage penetration testing activities and related project tasks

• Support audits, risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation tracking

• Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and security testing integration

• Manage stakeholder communication, meeting schedules, and project pipelines

• Coordinate vendor managed security testing and maintain risk documentation

• Assist in governance, compliance, and regulatory adherence for cybersecurity

• Monitor cyber threats and ensure alignment with security standards and controls

Mandatory Skills

• Cybersecurity fundamentals (Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management)

• Project management / coordination skills

• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes

• Understanding of cyber risk, compliance, and governance

• Familiarity with audit support and remediation tracking

• Stakeholder management and communication

Good to Have Skills

• Tools: Qualys, Rapid7, Tanium Comply, Nessus

• Knowledge of cloud systems, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), databases, web services

• ITIL concepts

• Awareness of latest vulnerabilities and cyber threats

• Certifications: Project Management, PRINCE2, Agile

• Experience in banking / regulated environments
