About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our engineering projects. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting environmental and infrastructure initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration

• Analysing project data and generating reports to track progress and identify potential issues or risks

• Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and updating project management systems

• Assisting with procurement activities, including sourcing materials and equipment, and managing vendor relationships

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficient project management practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field

• Preferable Mandarin speaking
