The JD Young Internship Program aims to cultivate young talent by providing opportunities to enhance their professional skills and accelerate their growth. It is also designed to identify highpotential candidates suited for the JD Star Program.

This is a 3- to 6-month internship program supporting current undergraduate or masters students.

• Product Shelf Management: Collect and enter product information, and put it on the shelves according to standards; regularly update product information and optimize the shelf process.
• Delivery and fulfillment tracking: monitor the entire delivery process and handle abnormal problems; communicate with merchants to jointly solve problems; analyze fulfillment data and form reports.
• Purchasing and Sales Assistant Practice: Participate in basic work such as procurement negotiations, learn commodity operation knowledge; assist in formulating promotion strategies and analyzing sales data.
