As a Partnership Executive, you’ll be the connector between brands, clients, and our internal teams. You’re not just replying emails—you’re helping ideas turn into live campaigns. You’ll learn how collaborations are built, managed, and delivered from start to finish.
Your day-today:
- Manage emails, timelines, campaign coordination and act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Build relationships with brands and agencies by coordinating media invites, product drops, and campaign logistics
- Track performance and help prepare post-campaign reports
- Support new business efforts: attend sales enquiries, draft proposals, and assist with closing deals when needed
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and new challenges as they come
What we’re looking for
- Min. Business/ Marketing/ Media / communications related diploma or its equivalent
- Strong communication skills with a positive, inspiring, cheerful attitude
- Organised, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple timelines
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines without constant supervision
- Proactive self-starter who also works well in a team
- Curious, meticulous, and eager to learn and excel in the scope
