Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent role based in Shah Alam. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Service Agent will also handle feedback, maintain accurate customer records, and deliver high-quality service to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaboration with team members to ensure efficiency and a seamless customer journey is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company procedures and service standards
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image


Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in Customer Service is advantageous
