Role Description

FMT is looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer to support the development and evolution of our mobile and web applications. You will work across our React Native app, our Next.js frontend, and our TypeScript-based services to help improve reliability, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and improvements in React Native
• Maintain and extend the Next.js frontend
• Use TypeScript across the stack for clear and safe code
• Work with REST/GraphQL APIs
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, and tooling
• Improve stability, documentation, and developer experience
• Help streamline workflows, deployments, and operational processes

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid experience with React Native
• Some exposure to Next.js (optional, not required)
• Ability to work with REST/GraphQL APIs
• Good understanding of frontend performance and mobile constraints
• Basic familiarity with GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with autonomy

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile builds and store submissions
• Familiarity with WordPress APIs and GraphQL plugins
• Knowledge of Cloudflare, CI/CD, or secrets management
