Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Selangor, Malaysia, with flexibility for remote work. As a Takaful Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tailored takaful solutions to meet customers' needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering consultations to educate clients on financial planning. You will also identify and engage new clients, manage customer portfolios, and assist in designing strategies to meet their financial goals. The role includes attending training programs for professional development and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and maintain relationships.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong skills in negotiation and customer engagement.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop appropriate financial solutions for clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge or experience in insurance, takaful, or financial planning is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial and protection goals.
